TEXT EDITING
Light copyedit, proofread - $.015 per word
Read-through, edit analysis - $3.00 per page
Re-writing - $8.00 per page
Layout and Formatting - $5.00/page

TEXT GRAPHICS
$5.00 per picture formatting and placement. Pertains to pictures submitted electronically (JPEG, GIF formats acceptable). 
$7.00 per picture for hard copy pictures requiring scanning, re-touch, and formatting.

Front - $80
Back -  $45 one picture/graphic, $60 two

MARKETING
WinPress Publishing utilizes the services of Author Marketing Services, Inc., Karen Villanueva Author Services,  TCI Smith Publicity and C.S. Lewis & Co. Publicists, firms that offer a variety of book marketing services for new and experienced authors. Costs vary per company and author expectations and budget, but all companies are well-recognized and positively acknowledged by authors. WinPress Publishing acts as liaison between author and chosen marketing/publicity company and will assist author in all contacts with said company.

WinPress Publishing also provides marketing and publicity services outlined below:

(1) Preparation and submission of professionally written press release materials to print, television, internet and radio media and provide follow-up contact support. - $40.00 per preparation. plus costs of submission and follow-up priced on a per diem basis.
(2) Arrangement for book signings and other special event appearances – charges applied per event. Rates for setting up such appearances begin at $35 per event.
(3) Additional marketing materials include design of brochures, flyers, business cards and bookmarks. Print services contracted out with cost dependent on color composition, complexity and document size.
 
MATERIAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
All electronic submissions to WinPress Publishing by author need be pre-arranged prior to submission to assure compatibility of author’s computer programs. For best results, WinPress Publishing requires that manuscript and pictures be provided in BOTH electronic and hard copy format.
